Both would work no problem with that build.
If you have any ambitions of custom water-cooling in the future, go the Primo.

Speaking of the cooling, get something a bit beefier than the H60. That is a 140W chip and I bet your going to be overclocking it as well, you need something better than their lowest end unit (and your spending $5000 on a machine, though looking at those parts I have no idea how, get something better than that).
