I am trying to do a factory restore on my PC and when I hit the (alt + F10) the only thing it does is takes me to the American Megatrends screen. The only thing that it will allow me to do is hit F1 to resume starting up the computer. I have tried to hit F12 to go to the reboot screen and it says please wait and then it goes to the American Megatrends screen. I have an emachines computer and any time that it starts up it goes to the american megatrends screen. How can I get past this screen to allow me to do a factory restore to the computer.
