The model of my power supply is: RS-750-ACAA-D3. I bought it on a restricted budget and it seemed like a good choice at the time. As I am considering SLI'ing my gtx 760, I did some internetting and found no reviews for this model. I am aware that the RS-750-ACAA-E3 has some power noise issues above 600W which can damage components. Does anybody have any knowledge/experience on the PSU?

It's a Tier three PSU and while it can probably be enough,I wouldn't risk it.
An EVGA G2 750W would be a good option for a PSU and it would be plenty for your system.
Also,SLIing isn't really the solution. It can cause problems sometimes and it isn't that useful if you're not running two or more monitors.
I would get a single R9 290 or a GTX 780 and that would be more powerful than 2xGTX 760s.
All the best. ;)

The reason I want SLI is that I already have one 760 so it won't cost that much. Also, from what I've read, 2x760's will beat or match a 780 in almost every test and even beats the titan in some.

Well then, you can get the second GTX 760.
But still,I wouldn't use the PSU as it is Tier Three and the best in the world.
It maybe can provide enough power for your system, but why risk it with such a high end build?
Also, what CPU and motherboard do you have?

It's not a particularly high end build at the moment. Just an mATX asrock z87m extreme 4 with an i5 4570 oc'd to 3.8GHz... I could sell the current 760 and get a 780 or an r9 290x, but would I still need to upgrade the PSU?

Well,it's a Tier Three PSU,so not the best, but not the worst.
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-...
Tier 1,Tier 2 Class A and Class B PSUs are recommended for pretty much any system.
Also, take a look at how much watts you need for every GPU config:
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
I wouldn't recommend it.
The build is great, why do you want to add another GPU?
You may want to save some more money and upgrade your rig then. It's a great PC,it can run pretty much any latest game @ at least mid-high settings.
What I would do is do nothing now, save some more money and then upgrade your rig in like a year or so.You can make another thread about what you should upgrade.
