Hello, i want to buy a setup like this

CPU: AMD A10-7700K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A55M-HD+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: 2x HyperX FURY Blue 4GB, DDR3, 1866MHz

But someone told me in another post that this build would not do good enough for a next gen game like the one below:

The game i am interested in is Assassin's Creed Unity and the optimal requirements are:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940
RAM: 4GB or more
AMD Radeon HD 5850 (1024MB VRAM with Shader Model 5.0) or better

The same guy suggested a weaker CPU with a cheap GPU card. I need to know, will the current build be able to run Unity, and other next-gen games? If you can suggest another build, i need to mention that i cannot buy from outside my country because there are high import taxes, and my budget is $310 (Case, HDD and power source are taken care of. I only need CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and GPU if necesarry). The best local store is www.emag.ro and the equivalent of my budget in this currency is 1060 lei.

Can you tell me if my build is good enough for AC Unity and other next gen games, or will i have to choose another?

Solution
Well, you can get them single to save some money.
You can use the build for two years MAX and then you will probably need to upgrade.
I have to go sleep now,as I have to get up at 6:30 AM (CET +1) to go to school. So don't expect a new answer till 1:20PM (Central European Time +1). :)
If I solved your question, make sure to choose a best answer. :)
Get the Kingston HyperX FURY 1600 MHz (http://www.emag.ro/memorie-hyperx-fury-blue-8gb-2x4gb-ddr3-1600mhz-cl10-1-5v-hx316c10fk2-8/pd/DMK0ZBBBM/) and get an Intel Pentium G3258 (http://www.emag.ro/procesor-intelr-pentiumr-g3258-3-20ghz-haswell-3mb-socket-1150-box-bx80646g3258/pd/DQX81BBBM/?ref=autosuggest) and the MSI Z97 PC MATE(http://www.emag.ro/placa-de-baza-msi-socket-1150-z97-pc-mate/pd/D60LQBBBM/).
Sum is 1035 LEI,or $302.
Also, try to add some money to your budget and get this card:
http://www.emag.ro/placa-video-sapphire-amd-radeon-r7-260x-oc-2048mb-gddr5-128bit-hdmi-dvi-display-port-11222-06-20g/pd/D0X81BBBM/ The R7 260X.Best match for your system.
I wouldn't buy anything untill you can get the extra $500,as the G3258 won't be great for the latest games.
Hope this helps. :)

I don't know what to say, i wanted a AMD processor, and the build i specified does not need a graphics card [so i've been told]

Well, you can go with an AMD build with integrated graphics.
But note that you will not be able to play any demanding games(with the 7700K) and that in about a year or two you will have to upgrade your mobo, your CPU and probably the GPU.And maybe the PSU.So a pretty costly upgrade.
What I would do(now that I think about it) is get the AMD Phenom II X4 940 build and then upgrade your components in about a year or two MAX.You should be able to do some light to medium demanding games with that.

The amd phenom build is not made by me, it's just system requirements. And your build looks appealing but the processor is weaker than the one in my build, and i would need a GPU too.

Could you recommend me an AMD build that could be upgraded cheaply in the future, but fit my budget?

Edit: i considered your AMD phenom build, but i won't find that processor here.

Hm.
What you can do is get the 7700K build. That would be the most logical explenation, right? Well, maybe.
What you can do is save some more money and get the i3 4150.Has an integrated graphics and you can upgrade to a stronger CPU in the future with this motherboard:
http://www.emag.ro/placa-de-baza-asus-socket-1150-h81-plus/pd/D2M39BBBM/
Also, about the GPU. The i3 4150 has Intel HD 4440 integrated graphics, which is good for light gaming.
You can use that for a while and get the 260X.
So a build like this:

That would look like this in the future:

What do you think of these two:
mobo:
http://www.emag.ro/placa-de-baza-asrock-socket-am3-960gm-vgs3-fx/pd/DBMY9BBBM/
CPU :
http://www.emag.ro/procesor-amd-fx-x6-6300-3500mhz-14mb-socket-am3-fd6300wmhkbox/pd/E4K4KBBBM/

And a few questions: the FX, even though it is better than the A10, it is cheaper. Why? Is it because it's not an APU?
Also, the motherboard has a bad graphics card: AMD Radeon 3000. Do you think the integrated one can run last-gen games, like Assassin's Creed 3?

And the last one: can you recommend me a GPU to work with the two above? A GPU that would run next-gen games?

This would be a final build. I'm gonna get a 500W PSU, and instead of Fury Black series, i'll get Fury blue [they didn't have blue on pc part list]

Would that build run Assassin's Creed Unity on high settings successfully? And will it be cheaply upgradable in the future?

Is it a necessity to buy the ram in pairs? If i buy that ram in pairs it will cost $116. If i buy 2x Fury Blue 4gb ram 1600Mhz, i get a discount, and it'll cost $87

And for the future-proofing? Can i upgrade it cheaply in a year or two?
