What do you think guys, will I be able to use emulators such as PCSX2 and dolphin at decent speed (+ decent graphics) on these specs http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MWPfVn
I'm keeping it in budget, my main purpose is emulation and then playing games on nice speed and higher settings, I don't mind playing on medium-low settings eithet. Your views and advices are very much appreciated

Slightly weaker CPU(really small difference) but a stronger GPU,a better quality PSU and a cheaper,but still an amazing case.
You won't be able to overclock,as the 4460 isn't unlocked and the mobo isn't made for that.
