I have a weird problem which I am experiencing since building a new system. If while in a game I run any kind of video, animation (even a simple gif is causing this) I get really weird fps lag on my main display. My fps stays pretty much a constant 300 yet the picture looks laggy and grainy.
I am running the monitors on different refresh rates (75 and 120), though I had both of these monitors and gpu in my old system and did not experience any problems.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
