Best 600w to 750w PSU (price/performance)

Im looking for a good PSU at a reasonable price. It has to be one of the following, since some of the best ones are either too expensive or not available at all here in Argentina. The PSUs I have in mind are: Corsair cx series, cs series, rm series, nzxt hale82, coolermaster silent pro m, coolermaster silent pro m2. My specs are: i7 3770, gtx 770. No overclocking and no SLI. I would really appreciate some advice!

What about an XFX core edition 650w pro? I found some very good reviews. But is it loud?
There´s also the xfx black edition, modular and gold rated..
Since Im not doing sli or overclocking maybe the black edition would be overkill
This are all the xfx psu´s I found and their prices:

wired, 80 plus bronze
xfx core edition pro 650w $80
xfx core edition pro 750w $89

semi modular, 80 plus bronze
xfx xxx edition 650w $82
xfx xxx edition 750w $93

full modular, 80 plus gold
xfx black edition 750w $118
