Mobo: Asus P8Z68-V/Gen3
Memory: Corsair Veagence 2x4GB 1600 Mhz 12800
PSU: Corsair TX850 Bronze enthusiast
CPU: i5 2500k 3.3 Ghz sandy bridge
Cooler: Corsair H60 water cooler

My CPU LED lights up and turns off quickly...
My DRAM LED lights up and turns off quickly

No display, No boot, No post.

I seem to have had to this problem as soon as I overwrote the BIOS.

Fans are certainly spinning, the PSU fan is spinning, the hard drive works, the CPU cooler (Corsair H60) I feel the water going through just fine. The graphics card spins up just fine.

My troubleshooting:

I have tried clearing the CMOS with the battery and the jumper cables, both individually and simultaneously. Nothing. Same results.

I have tried one memory stick, switching memory sticks, MemOK: seems to keep blinking blinking forever and it never stops, so I end up turning my computer off. Nothing. Same results.

My USBs also don't work. My keyboard and mouse won't light up at all.

I tried VGA and HDMI with the mobo display and also tried another HDMI port with the graphics card and DVI as well. Nothing. Same results.

Any idea what's going on here? :??:

I used the EZ flash utility and downgraded my BIOS to 3201 using a USB stick on the back panel of the mob

The computer restarts automatically proceeded after and then the problem I have now ensues.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Bios may be failed. Or even bios chip.
If you have some friends with the same model of mobo - you can swap bios chips for test.

Okay great I'll get myself a new BIOS chip and see what happens! If that doesn't work what could I do?

Notice: if you will change bios chip - it may not have MAC ADDRESS, you may have problems with LAN.
But for now just check if mobo will start with another bios chip.
