Get a better cooler or don`t go with the K version.

PS: I dont know why ppl advice the K versions and give you a crappe cooler... Not that the EVO 212 is bad, but it cannot handle the overclocking. Will reach 85 degrees in no time when OCed.

The evo can actually handle overclocks very well, bot high ones but still, mild ocs are fine with it, and because the stock cooler that comes with the 4790k is not very good even when it's not oced, so a evo will be a 'for the moment' cooler, I wanted to have a good budget for the gpu/s, it's not even totally decided yet so a evo willdo good

Legend's build looks good, although personally I'd go with a little storage (videos eat disk space). If you wanted a plainer case, the Fractal Design Define R4 is very understated and also does a good job of being quiet.

Assuming you're looking at graphically complex games, a GTX 760 will be able to play most games on "ultra" at 1080p, so you'd probably want the equivalent of a GTX 760/770/780, dependent upon how much you want to spend (basically, the more games you play, the closer to a GTX 780 Ti you want to be). Although, I would note that the 900-series is due to be announced in about a week (980 and 970 only, with the 960 by Christmas, according to rumours), so I would advise looking at what comes out in that if you were looking at one of the 770/780 models.
