I'll start from the top.
I've recently built a computer for a buddy of mine, using the board in the title. The processor in the build is an AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4GHz (Non BE). For the memory, I have 2 4GB sticks of Team Dark clocked at 1600 DDR3, and 2 4GB sticks of Team Vulcan with the same settings. For some reason, I cannot get these 2 sets to work together to save my life. When all 4 are installed, the computer doesn't seem to like it. and windows says that only 7.98gb is usable, or as of lately, I've somehow managed to get windows to say that 12gb of the 16 installed is usable. The one time I was able to get it to say that all 16 was usable, it blue screened shortly after, and that was that. I've tried numerous things, such as reseating the cpu, messing with the NB voltage and DRAM voltage, and reseating the RAM, but to no avail. I cannot figure this out.
If anyone, anyone at all, is able to help me with this, please reply, as I could use your help.
