Which is best Processor Intel Xeon E5-1620 V2 or I7 4930K for 3D walkthroughs rendering and modelling? And Does Xeon processors only for servers or above mentioned needs in single PCs? Kindly help

Use Xeon E3-1271v3 or 1276 if you need integrated graphics. You can mount these on much cheaper motherboards for the same functionality. H97 platform would easily fit.

Xeon can otherwise do anything that an i7 can, the non-k variants.
