When I turn my PC on, the case fans are running at 100% RPM. After startup, I to go to SpeedFan to manually change the case fan RPM percentage to 70% (for a quiet noise). It would be nice if I could set the default speed to 70% so I don't have to change it every time I turn on my PC. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
