amped wireless repeater

I have a amped wireless repeater in my hallway does not have enough signal strenght to reach my front room can I use another amped wireless repeater to boost my wifi to my front room?

Not a recommended configuration. A single repeater degrade your speed by 50% or more. You add a second one and if it even works you will cut it in half again at least.

I would look at powerline network devices to get a connection in that room. If you need wireless you can place a old router as a AP in the powerline device.
