i5 Build - No GPU - Should I?

So heres the deal. Im a teenager and I've been earning and collecting money for the past year for a PC build. (Currently using a few years old i3 laptop, not meant for gaming).

I now have ~$550.
Im in Pakistan, so the prices for the parts a comparably higher.
Heres the build I've decided:

As you can see, I'm trying to get the cheapest and most efficient stuff. I realized that I could get the whole PC now and get the GPU later. So I have 2 basic questions.

For Performance, Which GPU would be good? Im looking for GPUs around the price of the 270 (non X).

And until I get the GPU, what will I be able to do with the i5-4440 and its built in Intel HD 4600? Any good games it can play with acceptable FPS?

use this site if you wanna actually help me get the prices right.

~100 PKR = 1 USD

I wouldn't recommend intel HD graphics for gaming unless you're playing light and undemanding games. I don't play many of those but it would run games like League of Legends and Counter Strike fine.

The R9 270 is the best card you can get in its price category. The Nvidia equivalent of it would be the GTX 660.

Definitely get the i5 and upgrade the gpu later. The HD 4600 is much better than the other generations HD graphics. You can play a lot of games at low settings and even some games at high settings (dota 2). I would get a different mobo tho, it might be too weak to handle the i5. Get at least an ASRock h81m-hds

You would be surprised what you can get away with low resolutions and settings with the iGPUs of Intel chips. Nothing like running a 270 of course. Worst that can happen is that it won't run the games you want at an FPS you want to play at. It would still function for older games, media consumption, and browsing.

I think it is better then the alternative of buying a weaker processor now to get the GPU, and then upgrading the CPU later and having a wasted CPU laying around.

Because of weak VRM power phase design. I5 has 4 cores and eats up some power, the board might not handle it on the long run. The 2nd board is as bad as the first one, almost. Go with the H81m-HDS, it has a 4+1 power phase design rather than a 3+1

Ouch. Thats double the budget I had for the mobo.
Lets see...
Im still trying to keep something saved up to help me get the GPU quicker.

Nah, I cant go for anything above 8,000 PKR.

What kind of problems could I face if I go for the cheaper boards? Would they harm my other components?

Weak power phase design means the motherboard vrm area heats up more; heat kills components with time or even instantly in some cases. While you'll probably be relatively fine using the onboard gpu, when you'll buy the 270 there's a high probability that excess heat will kill the motherboard. I wouldn't recommend anything lower than a 4 power phase design for an i5.

There are lots of cheap motherboards with a 4 power phase design or better unfortunately none of them are on the website you gave me.

Btw in addition to the motherboard dying the cpu and/or ram might die as well...

Well there are these other sites
http://www.saqiscity.com/computers-addons-in-pakistan/computers-desktops-accessories-in-pakistan/motherboard.html?page=2&sort=2
http://www.symbios.pk/computers/computer-accessories/mother-boards

And another question. I'm gonna be building this at home, so would those 'standoffs' come with the case or the mobo?
