Ok so i replaced my gpu with this one Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card (2GB, GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0) and my pc system is

But then when i turned my pc on the screen was blank and said no signal and my pc beeped 3 times each about a second long

Remove the card and place it back in, carefully, make sure it's connected properly to the PCI-E slot to eliminate any chance of the card being misplaced. If that doesn't work, I suggest RMA'ing it as it could be faulty.
