Hi. I recently built inside a Corsair 350d and I just realized I need a good CPU cooler. I would liek to know what would be the absolute best I can get for under/around $120. I do have tall RAM sticks (2 Corsair Vengeance) so that might reporesent a problem. I've considered a Corsair h100i but I think it would hinder my GPU temps as I use a R9 290x Tri-X which dumps hot air inside the case so I need the top of my case to have 2 140mm Noctuas (I might be wrong about this but I think the H100i, wihle making my cpu really cool could make it so not as much air goes out oof the case, please correct me if I'm wrong.
So, with all that said, what would be my best best in terms of cooling so it keeps my CPU cool (even for overclocking) while not making my GPU go all hot?

EDIT: Would it just be a better choice to change my RAM? I plan on going for a second R9 in the future so I need the cooling, don't know if a good CPU cooler makes my GPU cooler as well.
