Comp wont start

Hey, earlier i plugged another monitor into my computer and messed about with res settings and display types. My computer froze and i held the pwoer switch in and shut down, my computer will not start. i reset bios, i took gpu out and it started i put it back in and it wouldnt start just a single flash like it circuits.

also i uninstalled my drivers for graphics thinking it may help it didnt so now im running on my computer but board graphics with pci-e cables out my gpu

Got my pc powered with gpu connected finally but now its not detecting it and i have to use onboard graphics where do i go from here

You can wipe your a** first. :)

Uninstall Graphics drivers using DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html)

Run CC cleaner to clean obsolete files.
Run CC cleaner to fix registry.

Reinstall latest drivers.

Wipe your a** and smile. :)

These steps didn't work , when i reinstall drivers, it's not recognising my gpu and not installing them. Shouldn't my gpu be under device manager?
