So im currently with 8 ram 2x4gb 1600mhz kingston but im going to change my cpu to i7 5th gen when it comes out and i may add another one 770 or just get the newest 800-900 gpu but will my ram be a bottleneck? Also will it fit in the newest mobos? Its from 2012.

Note that DDR4 and DDR3 memory are NOT compatible. The motherboards are different and DDR4 is typically installed (at least for now) in quad-channel 2011-3 motherboards.

Even so the difference is about $100 for 16GB.

If talking 5th Gen Broadwell, they still appear to be on track for the Z97 - which runs DDR3, though I imagine their will also be a new chipset that will run on new mobos that will prob be Hybrids and run either DDR3 or DDR4, much as the later Intel 775 mobos ran either DDR2 or DDR3
