EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked beeps on startup?

Hello,

Yesterday I received an EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked graphics card which I ordered off of amazon, and a Corsair Builder Series CX 600 psu. I hooked everything up to what I believe was the correct places (I have no hardware experience/background), and everything worked fine except for the graphics card. The psu works just as it should without any problems.

Once I insert the graphics card and start up my pc however, it goes to the boot screen and pauses, followed by 3 beeps, then the screen goes black and I have to turn it off. This is the first graphics card that I have bought seperately, which is supposed to replace the onboard one that came with my computer. Removing the GTX 760 and starting up my computer works fine so that's what I assume to be the issue. I disabled the onboard video driver before inserting the GTX 760 too.

What can I do to fix this, and for the new card to work properly? Perhaps it is a compatibility issue?

PC Specs:
CPU - AMD A10-5700 (4 CPUs)
Motherboard - MSI 2AE0
RAM - 10GB
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 7660D
OS - Window 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Thanks,
TyGuy :)

How might I go about doing this? I don't usually change the settings on my computer.

Also, the computer doesn't boot up or anything when the graphics card is inserted. It starts up with a screen that says "Press esc key for startup menu", but nothing happens when I do hit escape.

I'm not too familiar with that motherboard either, but I suggest checking your BIOS for an option where it says which PCIE slot it should read first. Pick the one you have your graphics card inserted in.

I checked the Startup Menu for the BIOS settings but couldn't find anywhere that said to turn off the secure boot, or which PCIE slot to read first.

Here is what the boot menu said, but nothing happens when I press enter on the first 2 options.

And this is the boot order menu.
