Nice to see you again. The case will house it perfectly without removing bays. If you are looking for sound, try Sapphire but I don't believe Gigabyte is that loud (I haven't own one before).

It will fit the case. From my experience the windforce r9 299's are loud and run hot. I've returned 2 gigabyte r9 290s before buying a sapphire card which is miles better in terms of temps and noise. However if sapphire is out of your budget id recommend researching other brands (not Asus either as their r9 290s are known for bad temps)
