Hello guys,
Wanted to upgrade my graphics card in my old Pre-built Xps 8300 but the mobo didnt support the graphics card I wanted, an AMD R9 290, and decided to make my first ever build :). I'm not really tech savvy.

I plan to use the my current power supply (750W Corsair), and the dedicated sound card and wifi card that came with my Dell. I'm not to sure if I need a new CPU though which is currently a i7 -2600 non K. I was planning to use a case like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=11-147-107
for the airflow, to help keep my card cool. The cards i was thinking about was

with a motherboard like

I'm not sure if this would be good setup for me. My budget right now is about $700. Please recommend what I should get :)

Solution
i7 2600 is a locked cpu so its not recommended for overclocking even if you have a Z77 which allows overclocking.
Both are Z77.
Both support crossfire and is the same really.
ASRock Z77 Extreme3 should be enough.

Okay I found some more motherboards that i want.
The main difference is that one is able to over clock non-k edition cpus.
and has 2 pci-e 3.0 x 16 slots (x16/0 or x8/x8) 2 pci-e x1 and 2 pci slots

the other has 2 pci-e 3.0 (x16/x8 or x8/x8), 1 pci-e 2.0 x16 (@x4), 1 pci-e , and 2 pci slots .

Which one would be better for crossfire if i ever decide to go that route. And is 30 dollars worth that option with the ability to oc my i7-2600?
