On stock speeds, yes. Maybe not by much, though. Also depends on the resolution and what games you play.

Right now with just one 660 I play on whatever setting runs the smoothest, for example Ghosts runs on high. I play alot of Ghosts, Assassins Creed, Watchdogs, Titanfall ect

In full hd, I guess. Yes, the 6300 fx will bottleneck two 660's then. But not by much, when you overclock it. Don't look at it as overly dramatic, by the way. Bottlenecking doesn't mean that you'll magically get bad lags, just that a faster processor would produce some better results, usually minimal better.

I would not. The 660 is a fantastic card by itself. It was hobbled at birth with a 192bit bus which is barely adequate for the one card let alone 2. Also it only has 2 megs of VRAM. In reality it has 1.5 megs + .5 megs. That .5 megs is hard to access/use due to the design. Run a stess test on your 660 and you will see. Also the 6300 is again barely adequate. I would say it is the bottom of the line for a modern, current gaming computer(I put Intels i3 ahead of the 6300.
I would bank that money and upgrade in a year to an Broadwell Intel i5 and down the road get a single more powerful card.
