Hello, I have a rather old system, which is valuable to me and I plan on upgrading. At the moment it looks like that: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, Acer F690GVM, 4GB RAM, Sapphire Radeon HD5450. As for PSU, I have my eyes on either Corsair's CX500 or GS600, would love an advice. Will be used mostly for gaming. Thanks in advance!

Do you have an overall budget? What level of performance are you aiming to achieve? Also as stated above the CX series by Corsair has high failure rates, so for the PSU I would take the GS600.

If you give me your overall budget I can help you choose what you need upgraded and pick out the best parts.

I do realise that it is incredibly old, but I am not aiming that high, because I am mostly a MOBA fan. The performance I have now is below average, even a little bit would matter.

I don't have a set budget, but I'd spend about £300-400.

The motherboard form factor is Micro-ATX because your previous board is a Micro-ATX, so it should fit in the case.
If you have any more questions or concerns, just ask ;)

P.S. If your old parts are valuable to you, get a frame off the internet/store and hang the old parts in those frames as a decoration in your room. Just a suggestion.
