Hello, I was looking to find out if it would be possible to get a computer to run Skyrim on High, possibly Ultra for around $400. Also I was wondering if there would be an Apu capable of doing this. Thanks in advance!!!

Do you need an OS? Is the $400 budget before or after rebates?
