Best Water Cooler for Less Than $160

I am looking for the best water cooling system under $160 for my CPU. The CPU that I have is a i5-4690k on the MSI Z97-G45 Gaming, and that is all in my NZXT h440 case.
Any suggestions that you have would be awesome. Currently I am using a CM 212 evo air cooler, it does a decent job as a lot of people would know from using that cooler, but now I am looking to spend a little more money and get something a bit better!

I Would go With This Corsair. They're known for quality Water Coolers, and the H100 is no exception.
Other then that, This NZXT. is another option. I used it in a build, and it did its job well.

Those are literally both the same ones I have been looking at! Guess I did a pretty good job myself! Do they come with 2 fans or do you have to buy them separate?

Both of the products come with fans. Usually, in the PC world, you get what you see when it comes to components. Unlike other fields, PC retailers usually don't market it as
"All this and more!'*
*Plus 300 more then what we advertised. ;)

The exception being customized pre-built laptops/pcs. those always cost more then what they're advertised as.
