I've bought a new PC like 2 months ago and I've noticed a weird behavior that sometimes a buzzing sound coming from the computer.
What I've noticed that if I touch the computer (even gently) the sound might stop for some reasons or be suspended for the duration of time that I'm touching the case.
I've tried to take a video of this problem, I don't know why but in the video the buzzing sound isn't the most noticeable , I guess the iPhone didn't really catch the sound too well but try to hear it and turn your volume up.
You can see I open the front of my case and sometimes when I touch it for the duration of when I'm touching it the buzzing sound stops and at the end after I stopped touching the case it stopped completely and it's something that happened already like twice or 3 times so it's not like 1 time thing.
Here's the video I took :

if you can mute the noise by placing a hand on an outside panel, chances are either something inside the case is contacting the panel, hence causing the buzzing sound,or it is the panel itself that is loose and causing the noise.check for cables contacting the case first and make sure the side panels are securely fastened.
Take the side panel off, and observe the fans - more than likely it is a case fan that is making the buzzing noise (as the bearings wear out in a fan, it will "buzz"). To verify the fan is buzzing, you can use a pencil to stop the fan. Sometimes, it could be a cable coming in contact with the fan blades.

if th buzzing goes away when you touch the case it could be because an internal component (most likely a wire) is contacting that part of the case.just check to make sure no wires etc contact the outside of the case, paying particular attention to the side panels.
