this r7-260x card overall is going to be the best for gaming from your link.

also, the r7-260x has 2gb of vram, the gtx750s in you price range only have 1gb vram.

the asus and msi gtx750 are very close too. actually the gtx750 and r9-260x are equal in some games, some games the gtx750 is a couple fps higher, but most games the r7-260x is going to be a few fps higher.

I bought both of my GTX 780s from ebay, and paid a good price for them too. and it clearly looks like you have not ever used Ebay before, because its not risky if you know what your doing. you have to look at 3 things.
1. Does it say "As is"
2. The Sellers rating
3. does it have refund, if you pay with paypal you will always have 30 day money back guaranteed.

without knowing what 550w power supply the op has, i would be extremely weary about putting a gtx580 on it.
