I've just built my first computer and when i go to start it up, the lights and all the fans come on, the computer screen is black, and it only runs for about 3 seconds, after that all the fans shut off, and the lights except for the MOBO light and the led on the GPU. if you have seen this problem before please help me, I've tried everything, but nothing is working.
