Is those parts good? and the games I will be playing with the comp is CS:GO and league of legends. Or can you guys recommend a good build with a decent monitor, and the comp can atleast run 150+ FPS without overclock or something like that :p thank you in advance.
P.S im a newbie at these stuff

Intel Core i7 4790 (3.6GHz)
8GB DDR3 1TB HDD
Windows 8.1 64-bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 1GB

Solution
You can save money by going to an i5 4690k vs the i7 4790 ~$100. You could use that upgrade a different component or just save the money. i7s are not necessary for gaming applications at all because the only difference between the two is that the i7 has hyper threading technology. No games use hyper threading currently so its a waste.
