To be frank the PSU isn't a good choice. The quality of the material isn't great at all. And if you overclock then it is not a great choice. Try a PSU from tier 1-3. Here's the list to assist you out.

Edit: If you don't plan on overclocking the PSU will do fine TEMPORARY use only. And if you are also not overclocking the 990FX chipset is not needed, the 990 will do. So some money can be saved there too.

I'd recommend going with more than just 256 GB of storage. Maybe get a smaller SSD for booting (120GB) and a 500 GB or 1TB HDD. But that does depend on what you are using this PC for. What do you intend to use it for?

If other people are going to be using it and for gaming in particular definitely get a bigger HDD at least.
Otherwise I think this PC will work nicely for your needs.
