I brought a manufacturer refurbished hard drive from newegg. I want to check how many hour power on and reallocated it has.
Almost all the value is zero. I did a short smart test because the long one takes 6 hours.
Did the manufacturer reset the value? This is a hitachi drive. Now those value are gone how i check if the drive is ok? I want to do some test to the hard to see that it is good. What software can test the drive to see if it is good? I want to find out if there is any problem while the hard drive is still in the return period.
