This is my custom PC build. Does everything look okay? I have about $90 left in my budget so is there anything that I can or should upgrade? A friend of mine is picking up Windows 8 for me so the OS is no issue.

I was actually able to fit an i5, R9 280X, and a better quality PSU into your budget. If it's running too close, drop the R9 280X to an R9 280.
