Hi guys, I am in a real doosie here. I own a MacBook Pro. Last year I purchased Windows 8 off the Microsoft store to install via BootCamp. Discovered that Apple didn't support Windows 8. So I purchased something I could not use.
Now my laptop has died, and I just purchased all the components to build a new PC for the first time ever. My friend and I just completed building it. My problem is this. I have no Windows 8 ISO or install DVD since I did the digital download.
I have my e-mail confirmation of my purchase with my serial. When I call Microsoft, they won't help me. The only way to download it is if I have a Windows computer. I don't have one. I'm stuck.
Can anyone help me get Windows 8 on a bootable flash drive somehow? I really don't know what to do. I paid $120 for this Windows 8 and I can't install it now.
Right now I am trying to install Ubuntu so I can do something with this machine.
