So I have a Zotac GeForce GTX 760 at stock speeds (993 and 1502 GPU and Memory speeds respectively according to Tech Power Up GPU-Z). And I was wondering if I could overclock it to that of a factory overclocked/superclocked 760. And if I could, what's the risk? How much voltage will I have to add/increase?

My PSU is an EVGA 500W by the way...

Thanks!

The amount of wattage you have left is based on the rest of your system. If you want to OC your GPU then you can. As for how much voltage for the clock you set it at, we cannot tell you. Every card is different and every system is different. (No two are alike). Just push the clock up a little until you system crashes or freezes and then add a bit more voltage till it stops crashing. That's pretty much how it works.

Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

But all is not lost ....

Can ya get ya hands on one of these ?
http://www.amazon.com/P3-P4400-Electricity-Usage-Monito...

Plug ya puter and after setting it to read watts and then run Furmark (Flying Furry Donut). To see what the PSU is putting out under load.....

Take watt reading and multiply by your PSUs efficiency (say 86% for a Gold Unit)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_Plus

For example....

450 watt reading "at the wall" x 0.85 = 387 watts....

A 500 watt PSU will pull about 575 watts from the wall (500 / 0.87)

Depending on the model of the PSU, I wouldn't wanna exceed say 495 watts at the wall (425 watts PSU output)

You should be able to easily overclock to factory oc specs or more. Make sure you setup a custom fan profile in Afterburner. The card has a first throttle point at 70c. so when overclocking, you need to keep the temps under 70c to allow the card to max boost state
