PC restart automatically

Solution
Lol no you dont have to register for anything.
There are a bunch of keys that run windows they are specifically pointed towards dll files and other program files for your os. It is called the registry and it is the backbone of the os.
If windows was working you could go to start/run/regedit (warning dont touch or delete anything in here) and look at registry keys for software you have installed. And many more things.
Its also a place where viruses can kill your system dead like what you have now. Also its a place that can have worms and bad things hidden so you don't have the clue where the problem is coming from.

Please be more specific. It must give you some sort of stop code: example - 0x00000001.
If you can give us a little more information we would be more than happy to assist you :).

I use window 8 professional 64bit. Second I don't know how to get into safe mode, but used to press F8 when I start to switch it on.

I did nothing with it. I never register for something. I just start to use this computer and meet the problem.
