My specs are

Amd Fx-6300
Current gpu 7750 upgrading to sapharie R9 270x 2gb
Overclock with boost

Current PSU 350 watt upgrading to 750watt

There's no handling really.. If you mean bottlenecking then there are somethings to take into consideration.
First, it all depends on what you are gaming or using.. if its cpu or gpu intensive. If a game is too cpu or too gpu demanding you will have bottleneck nomatter what. If the game is intensive on both in the same intensity then no worries, that card makes a good balance with the cpu.
