I have a zoom5350 modem/router combo and a Belkin AC 1800DB router. I want to turn the zoom into a "dumb" modem and bridge it to my Belkin. I've tried several things and nothing had worked. One thing I read was saying to disable NAPT mode but no where in the settings does it say that. If anybody would be able to assist me that would be greatly appreciated.

Where does your broadband service come into? The Zoom, right? And you want to make THAT the subordinate service to the Belkin router?

Yea that's correct.

No. Use the Master Service device as the main device, and let the secondary devices feed from that. You can accomplish the same things - shut down any services on the Zoom that you won't use, then use the Belkin as the Bridge.
