I need to know what kind of fan is needed to sufficiently cool an AMD FX 8350 cpu.

Solution
Ok so stock cooler is just ok for your cpu, is not that loud either.. In fact is not only a good but a cheap solution too, its included.
But if you want air cooling mostly any cooler that supports your cpu socket will do, think that if you are not overclocking then at stock any cooler will do , just look for not noisy ones.
If you are looking forward to overclocking it then consider water cooling solutions like closed water circuits such as corsair h80i or so, make sure it fits your case though if you go for the h100i or so which use two coolers 120mm each on the radiator.

I use Thermaltake Contac 21. Cost me 20€. I run the cpu at 4,5GHz @1,38V. Goes up to high 50's with prime95 but in gaming/streaming it'll mostly stay under 55. There are better, more expensive options but this has worked for me.
