Hi I own an MSI R9 290X Gaming 4g and am thinking to buy also the Msi r9 290x lighting edition. My question is can I crossfire them? Also am using a corsair 850 RM psu

Yes they can crossfire, and the psu should be alright. Watch out if you OC at all tho, that might be your limitation.

As for crossfire you don't need the bridge as of the 290's, they do it through the motherboard now :)

yes you can, but I would rather just get the same model, because the faster base clock speed on the lightning will go down anyway to match your gaming 4g version

yeah 850w will be okay, just get the same model, the lightning won't be a quicker card cause they'll both have to beon same speeds
