So I started overclocking tonight on my Alienware M14x and I am testing the temps. I took a screen of the temps and I was wondering if you guys could help me. http://imgur.com/jzwKQRG Thanks for your time. :)

Looks good for a laptop. If those are the min/max temperatures.

It is a laptop. These are the specs:

Intel i5-4200m 2.5gh (overclocked to 3ghz)
8gb ddr3 ram
Nvidia 750m GT 2gb ddr5

So should it be fine? Especially since I am overclocking?

For now. Temps will go up as you go. I'd say you're fine until you start hitting mid-high 80's. Remember to do stress testing and monitor stability and temps.
