Tried to push the 'restore factory settings' button at the back of the router, but nothing changed.

Is there any other way to restore the modem to the previous settings ?

That's not a good sign! If a firmware upgrade is interrupted or corrupted in some way then it can brick the device. I take it you can't access the router settings or anything? If you're doing a factory reset then be sure to keep the button held down for a good 30 seconds too.

Checked all ips, can't connect to Router's settings. I pushed the reset button for about 2 min., nothing changed. When the Router is on, 2 lights are green, that of LAN 1X and WAN(blinking).

Is it possible to restore the settings by opening the device and changing something inside of it ?

Those blinking lights indicate that traffic is being transmitted through those ports. If nothing is plugged in those ports then I'm fairly certain that the device had some problem during the firmware install and it's not going to be fixable. I'm not aware of any way to resolve that issue b y opening up the device as it's down to a problem with the firmware chips. Nothing short of sending it back to where it was built will repair it.

I've found the manual for that model online for you to take a look at.

The status indicated by the blinking lights is a universal method to show the status of the router however, so even if it's not the "n" model then it should still provide the right information.

Green lights are blinking, when I connect the cables to the ports. When the router is plugged only into the power, only power light is shinning(solid red). Interestingly it first glows green, but after second or two, turns to red.

The reason why I tried to update the firmware, was because I got that router from ISP(which uses custom firmware), but I don't use their services anymore . For some reason, they didn't want their router back. But their custom firmware restricts using other networks, so I wanted to restore the firmware, to the original, factory one. By pushing the button at the back of router, didn't change anything, that's why updating was the only choice.
