Amd fx 6300 and gigabyte ga 970a d3p or intel core i5 4430 +asus h81m or amd fx8320 + msi 970 g46 im on a limited budget so dont have a lot of option I use it for gaming but wont be overclocking I have an hd7770 now but will upgrade it later

If you are getting any AMD CPU, I would pair it with a 990 or 990FX chipset to avoid a BIOS update.

But between the AMD and Intel build you listed. I would go with AMD. Don't forget the AMD is unlocked and if you overclock you will need a cooler.

And if you need help finding a combo tell me your budget.
