Need Help Asap, display got two vertical red line

need help here
here's my situation

today I change my desktop case with a new one, after I finished put everythings on its place and i start to turn on my computer there's a two verticl red line on my screen and my pc become so slow, i pull out everything back and put it back on its place for one more time, and whem i turn on my pc everything seems good, no problem but when i run furmark tes my sceen got blank screen but my pc still run, fan and everythings still run nothing i can do except reseting my pc, whats wrong with my pc? because before i change my case everything ok, furmark tes can run well for 1 hours, does my psu not good anymore or maybe my graphic card need to replace
update : its only happen when gpu at full load (ie furmark test)

here's my old pc spec
quad core q9400
msi p43-c51
4gb corsair dominator CMPGX3M2A1600C9 (2x2gb)
ati radeon hd4850 512mb 256bit gddr3
corsair cx500 (i bought this at 2011)
250gb seagate baracuda 7200rpm

yes i know my pc seems to old, but for me it still work perfectly to help me with my job

Suspects:
- tv/monitor cable
- tv/monitor ( fried or energy saving turning on)
- OS (energy saving turning on?)
- GPU...fried.

my cable plug in right
i put maximum power on os for gpu
its happen only when gpu full load i.e furmark tess

Check GPU and GPU RAM temps... i had 4870 and on stock cooling it was quite hot and loud. Maybe it can be solved without buying a new GPU card then.
