I don't think you can. The input API used is XInput, which is used on the 360, so by default, the controller profile will match the Xbox 360 controller. This works well enough if using a 360 controller, but tends to break other controllers.

If using a non-360 controller, you should be able to use something like x360CE to handle the keybindings.
