Not with a 270x and not while keeping 1080p. Even less if you're also using the FPS unlock tweak.

Adding RAM won't solve it either, as you lack the raw power to send that game up to ultra at acceptable framerates. It might be ok in empty/safe spaces, but as soon as you get in contact with the hordes, it's probably going to dip to the lower 40-30.

High will still be a viable choice IMO...you don't exactly have to max out every game to enjoy it...
