hey guys i really need help for building an AMD based pc, im on budget right now what would you guys suggest? thank you

If you want to build a amd pc,I think you should get other cpu cooler.Amd cpu cooler have loud air noise.About psu,I would prefer to get a good psu,won't go too cheap psu,because the bad psu will that your pc burn.

Graphics Card: AMD 7790/Radeon R7 260X (around $110)
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) (around $35)

In my opinion, DO NOT BUY this. As it have only 2GB RAM, and an older GPU with no HD. When you can have all these in your budget, so it's not a smart deal.
