Prime95 tends to get your voltage up while stressing your CPU...

What is CPUs temperature on idle? and what mobo do you have

Its a bit higher than usual (80C max). What temps do you get at idle and while gaming?

How are you measuring these temps? From bios/uefi?

We built a few machines for a school and they had the same i5's. They had stock coolers though. We did some stress testing and each one eventually got up to about 100C. I guess there is nothing to worry about, as scary as those temps are.

At idle about 39. While gaming i still wanna check. Measuring temps from realtemp.

39 (from bios) is a bit high unless its a real hot room you're in. Gaming temp?

Room is pretty hot as its summer and were on the top floor. No air condition in the room.

Before you do that I'd recommend you to put cpu clock on auto and see if your mobo has software where it can boost cpu clock itself (for example while gaming it will boost it to 4.4GHz and while idle it will sit on 0.8GHz). Check the temperatures then...
You mobo will automatically be setting voltages itself. Maybe you messed up the voltage if you oc-ed manually

Blow out your case with compressed air and bump up the cpu cooler fan speed.
