Hi guys,

I currently have G.Skill Ripjaws Z F3-2400C10D-8GZH 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3, but find I am running low when multitasking.

Should I just buy another two sticks of that or would I benefit more from buying a full higher speed kit ?

You can buy another 2 sticks, but it is recommended to buy them together, not separately.

If you multitask a lot. I would personally get another 2x4GB and you have yourself a quad channel mate. :)

Ok, thanks guys. I only have 4 dimms and I would prefer not to have to upgrade again next year and have wasted money on small modules, with that in mind and cost not really being an issue, could you guys recommend a good 16 or 32gb kit ?

Yes they are great. But here's a 32GB one.

However I don't see much use in a 32GB one, so try a 16GB. A great one in my opinion.

Ahh nice one, the Red color is the deal-breaker for me as I have a nice black/Green thing going on with this rig.

These are both indeed good modules, but the color is all wrong for me unfortunately. :(

@LukaBoki - Yeah, they are nice. Will I be losing much performance with them as opposed to a 2133 rated kit ?

I can tell you that there is not much difference between 1333 and 2400 MHz RAM.So you have nothing to worry bout there.

What colour do you want?

The Case is all black as is the Mobo with Green accents. The HDD bay fans are glowy green.

It's pretty much a stealth rig but with Green highlights. Thank for all the help with this. :)

Edit: Oh I didn't know that about the Ram specs thanks!

NO NO NO NO. That is a DDR4 RAM and will not fit into a motherboard that supports DDR3 (I presume you have this kind of motherboards). ;)
