Hey, I recently built this system

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe ATX Full Tower Case - $179.00
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor - $385.00
CPU Cooler: Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BK 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler - $89.00
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - $264.00
Video Card:
Memory: G.Skill Trident X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory - $209.00
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - $134.00
Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive - $162.00
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 850Watt 80+ Gold Full Modular PSU - $189.00
Optical Drive: LG BH16NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer - $87.00
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) - $107.00
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor - $442.00
Monitor: Asus PB248Q 60Hz 24.1" Monitor - $409.00
Wireless Network Adapter: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter - $45
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth - $135.00

I'm waiting for the GTX 980 to be released for a GPU, and in the mean time using a AMD 5870 GPU that a friend had spare laying around.

Can anyone tell me which monitor I should connect to each connection point on the GPU?
And how to set them up for best display?
I want to use the VG248QE for gaming, and the PA248Q for video based applications, including watching TV, Movies.
Currently I can't decide if both screens are clear or blurry, but feel they aren't the best picture I can be getting. When games are open the VG248QE looks great, but for any other use it looks slightly off.
And for the PA248Q the brightness seems dull against the VG248QE, and if the original video quality wasn't 1080p, the picture looks quite poor.

Thanks for any help you can provide

Choose the best monitor you think it's the best for gaming and make it as your main monitor, connect it with DVI and connect the second monitor on the second DVI or the HDMI input (the one you see fit for movies and other things).
Make sure you select the gaming monitor as your main 1st monitor.
