Can my pc handle a gtx 650 ti?

I have the ibuypower gamer power 563d3 pc. I want to upgrade the gpu to gtx 650 ti.
Can my pc handle it or will I have to buy a new psu?

Please post the PC specs you have have. That will benefit everyone to determine any bottlenecks.

I would actually go woth a Radeon 7770 (should be affordable). But the people on this thread have some other ideas.

And what's game will you be playing? You wouldn't need a high end and a mid average will do.

farming simulator 2013, minecraft, gta iv, simcity 5, fate, arma 2, dayz, dayz mod, gmod, and other mid level games. i also watch movies.
